How it works:
Place your order online.
We’ll email you when your order is ready to collect.
Please bring your order confirmation (showing the email on your phone is fine).
Postage by arrangement only
We’re a small, workshop-based business and are starting with Click & Collect as our standard option.

Returns Policy
If you need to return a full or partial order, please email us first at:

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Our returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase / collection.
If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
Be unused and in the same condition that you received it
Be in the original packaging
Include proof of purchase
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Non-returnable items
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, including (but not limited to):
Gift cards
Downloadable / digital products
Perishable food and drink items that have been opened, partly consumed, or are past their best-before date
Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
If you’re unsure whether an item is returnable, please contact us before sending it back.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm we’ve received your item and let you know if your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a reasonable period.
If only part of an order is returned, we will refund the relevant item(s) only.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
Check your bank account again.
Contact your credit/debit card provider – it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Contact your bank – there is often some processing time before a refund shows.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please email us at contact@portveloworks.co.uk.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged when you receive them.
If you need to exchange an item for the same product:
Email us at contact@portveloworks.co.uk with details and photos if possible.

Shipping costs for returns
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, any original shipping cost (if applicable) will not be refunded.
If you are returning an item valued over £50, we recommend:
Using a trackable shipping service, or
Purchasing shipping insurance.
We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and we are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged in transit to us.
